Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location
Had a relaxing night in the Deluxe Room with a King Bed. The comfortable bed made for a great sleep. Enjoyed strolling downtown with easy access to local dining options. Just a heads up, the pool area was smaller than expected, but clean. Parking does come with a fee, so plan accordingly!

Had a great time with friends. We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being close to the convention center and a mall. We also explored the city and its dining options, making our stay even more enjoyable. Perfect blend of relaxation and fun!
The only downside was the confusing check-in process. It was frustrating to figure out the elevator system, making the arrival a bit less smooth.

Oh, the homemade marmalade at Centro? Absolute game changer! Coupled with the friendly staff and a central location that makes hopping to great eateries like The Capital Grille a breeze, my culinary adventure was off the charts!
A little hiccup with the shower drainage took me by surprise, but honestly, that’s just a shiny detail in an otherwise stellar experience. The renovations were discreetly tucked away, and they didn’t disrupt the vibe one bit!

The location is perfect for exploring downtown, with many attractions within walking distance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, contributing to a quality night’s sleep. However, the coffee from the on-site coffee shop was below expectations, and the view from my room on the lower floors wasn't ideal. Additionally, access to amenities could be confusing due to the layout of the property.

I really enjoyed my stay. the king corner room had tons of natural light and a spacious bathroom that made relaxing easy. The heated pool was a great way to unwind after a long day, and I loved lounging in the hot tub too. One small thing was that the coffee shop was super busy in the morning, so I’d recommend grabbing your caffeine fix a bit earlier! ☕️
